KID'S PROGRAM

When kid's step on the mats for the very first time it's normal for them to be a little apprehensive. We understand that kids are unique individuals with different learning paces and styles so we offer training in a non-intimidating environment suitable for any kid. We've found that our shy kids quickly gain confidence while our more energetic kids find a calm pace learning a disciplined self-defense system that is proven to be effective when needed.
